If you're a trainer with an NDA (numéro de déclaration d'activité) you'll need to complete your BPF every year. You usually have from the beginning of April until the end of May to do it.
What is the BPF?
The Bilan Pédagogique et Financier (BPF) is basically the French government's way of keeping tabs on what training providers are up to. Every year, you have to submit a declaration covering things like how many learners you trained, how many hours you delivered, and what types of programmes you ran. If you are a subcontractor, it's quite easy to fill in.
If you have a numéro de déclaration d'activité (NDA), this applies to you, regardless of your legal status or whether training is your main activity or a side one. The deadline is 31 May each year, and you do it all online via a platform called "Mon Activité Formation" (MAF), which you access through your EFP Connect account.
Just enter your name and email below and I'll send you the link to my updated 2026 video which shows you exactly how to fill it in.
